THE NEWS YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR...

For some of you it's probaby 'Who won Dancing with the Stars? and if you belong to that category, the answer is J.R. and Karina. The initials J.R. standing for 'just right' since they were dubbed to win from the get-go. If you think Rob was robbed of the title, don't worry, he's a good loser, and by the looks of things he and Cheryl will be opening a dancing school in the near future, with the Kardashian bucks. That's my prediction.

No, that's not the 'Big' astrological news I was talking about the other day...BRACE YOURSELVES...On this coming Thursday 24th November, the planet Mercury, which governs communications of every kind, will be doing its little mischievous retrograde dance in the heavens. It happens only 3 times each year. This cycle will last until the 14th of December. This is nothing like the dancing we saw on t.v. tonight - NO! Mercury's retrograde dance can cause major frustrations in communications, travel, computers, appliances, contracts, exams, writing - you get the message!

The following are some suggestions on how best to prepare for this 3 week retro dance:-

1. Prepare to be 'flexible' with your travel plans. Expect delays, tell yourself, as I have told myself many times when in the midst of travel frustrations (losing your suitcase being just a taste) 'oh go to hell Mercury'. I never take it out on the poor clerk at the airport desk. Once I know the darn planet is doing the retro dance, I am prepared for the inevitable frustrations.
 

2. If you are a writer - NEVER EVER EVER - send out a manuscript to a publisher during this period. It will either get lost or lost under a massive pile of rejections.
 

3. If you are a Realtor - BE PREPARED - check the dotted line 100 times. This is where mercury retro can get really nasty...be prepared for frustrations with contracts, etc. Things will get signed, and then unsigned...it has happened!
 

4. If you have just listed your house - be patient - NOTHING will move until Mercury has gone direct again. Trust me, I've been there - done that!
 

5. Get your christmas presents bought before the 24th - lol!!

6. BACK UP ALL COMPUTER FILES...don't say I didn't tell you...

7. Don't leave messages on answering machines - they will be misunderstood.

8. Finally - REVISE, RE-WRITE, RE-THINK, REVIEW.

Coming as it is, just before Christmas, I think it is a good time to UNWIND after the year just spent. Take it easy, don't go krazy...be extra vigilent in your communications with others. Think carefully about the words you use, be extra clear. If writing exams during this period - REVISE, RE-WRITE, RE-THINK, REVIEW...REVIEW...

That's it for now folks! Am SO glad Karina won the dancing trophy this year. I was curious as to which Pisces would win it - Karina or Rob. As you may, or may not know, the sign Pisces rules the feet and some of the best dancers in the world are Pisceans!
